Terms of use

By using fordi.ai or running the free audit you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service for a business, you confirm you have the authority to agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"Fordi", "we" and "us" mean Fordi Group Ltd. The "Service" means the fordi.ai website, the free audit, and our paid engagements.

The audit is informational. It analyses your public homepage using live data and AI analysis, and its scores, estimates and recommendations are honest guides — not guarantees, valuations or professional advice. Revenue and time estimates are indicative and depend on factors we cannot see from a homepage.

Only run the audit on a website you own or are authorised to assess.

Do not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to access systems or data that are not yours, run the audit in bulk or by automation, or circumvent its rate limits. We may withdraw access to the free tool where it is being abused. Because it stays free by not being misused.

Audit reports are produced by AI analysis of live data. They exist to sharpen your judgement, not replace it — review a report before acting on it, and before sharing it as the basis for a business decision. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is complete or fit for any particular purpose.

Paid work — audits with fixes, AI builds and retainers — is agreed in writing per engagement, with the scope, price and timeline stated before any work starts. Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable; invoices are payable as set out in the engagement. Retainers can be cancelled at the end of any month.

Your audit report is yours — keep it, share it, act on it. Deliverables from a paid engagement are yours once paid for, unless the engagement says otherwise.

Everything else on fordi.ai — the copy, design, code and brand — belongs to Fordi. Do not reproduce it without written permission.

The website and free audit are provided as-is by Fordi Group Ltd ("Fordi"). To the extent the law allows, Fordi is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a free audit report, or for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. For paid engagements, liability is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If these terms change, the update appears here with a new date. A significant change is notified by email to active clients before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
